Animals make wonderful subjects in raw edge fused art quilts. I bring them to life with eyes that are inked and colored with color pencils on fabric. The first image, “The Mute Swan” is derived from a Ken Miracle photo. The second image, “Hello Mama” is derived from a photo by Patrick Freeman. The third image, “Sisters/Best Friends” is derived from a photo by Deb Simon, as is the forth image, “Proud Mama.”
